Before you ask

What does it cost?

Organisers start on the free Lite plan, with no credit card and no time limit. Basic is €100 and Pro is €250 per universe per month. Performers get a free artist page, and Profile Pro is €10 a month for their own domain, extra designs and a mailing list.

Do I have to leave Eventbrite?

No. Performer App syncs with Eventbrite in both directions, so your listings and ticket data stay accurate while you move at your own pace.

Who holds the money?

You do. Payments run through Stripe Connect into your own account, so we never sit on your payouts.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Embed tickets on your own site with our SDK, or publish a site and app under your own name. Artists can put their page on their own domain.

What about data and privacy?

Tracking and session replays only start once a visitor accepts cookies. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the chat assistant can run on your own device.

Which languages are supported?

English, Spanish, Catalan, Dutch, Italian, Russian and French, for you and for your audience.
